Process

Fiber Opening Machine
Fibers compressed into bundles are sucked up and dispersed using an opening machine to regain their fluffy state.

Carding Machine
The carding machine untangles and straightens the fluffy and tangled fibers, ensuring smooth alignment while also removing foreign objects and impurities from the fibers, ensuring the purity and uniformity of the final fiber mash structure.

Water Jet
Through the spunlace process, high-pressure fine water jets are sprayed onto the fiber mash from different directions, penetrating one or multiple layers of the fiber mash to form a sturdy and stable spunlace nonwoven fabric structure.

Oven
After the spunlace process, spunlace nonwoven fabrics enter the oven to remove excess moisture, helping maintain product stability and appearance.

Quality Inspection

Rolling
