Sap Sheet

KNH’s sap sheet nonwoven fabrics are renowned for their exceptional high absorption efficiency, providing users with a comfortable and dry experience, making them an ideal choice for many brands of sanitary pads, diapers, and liners. Made from materials such as absorbent paper, pulp, and polymer absorbent powder, it does not contain chemical fiber components. By cleverly combining ultra-fine polymer absorbent powder and other ingredients to achieve the optimal fusion ratio, it exhibits excellent characteristics such as ultra-thinness and high water absorption multiples. The unique diamond point design not only enhances the material’s strength but also improves absorption efficiency, further enhancing the product’s water absorption capacity and comfort during use. As Taiwan’s leading nonwoven fabrics manufacturer that produced the first sanitary pad, KNH has deep roots in the fields of women’s hygiene products, infant care, and adult care. It continuously produces high-quality, highly comfortable sap sheet nonwoven fabrics consumer products, providing people with an excellent user experience. Whether the need is for high-efficiency absorption or maintaining surface dryness, KNH can provide diversified solutions through years of experience, making products closer to perfection.

Process

1

Feeding Machine

Shreds the wood pulp raw material.
2

Blending Machine

Mixes the wood pulp raw material and polymer absorbent evenly and lays it into a mash using airflow.
3

Mixing with Absorbent Paper

Adds absorbent paper onto the fiber mash.
4

Calender-Roller Machine

Uses heated rollers to melt and compress the fibers on the fabric under heat, weight, and pressure, increasing the fabric’s strength and smoothness. Different patterns can also be engraved on the roller barrels to bring different print designs to calender bond nonwoven fabrics.
5

Quality Inspection

Thoroughly inspect the nonwoven fabrics for any foreign objects, metal, or residual stains to ensure that each product meets KNH’s high-quality standards.
6

Winding

After quality inspection, sap sheet nonwoven fabrics are rolled up for convenient packaging and efficient transportation.
7

Slitting

The produced sap sheet nonwoven fabrics are cut into the required sizes to meet the needs of various fields and applications.
